pages first.

Below are some examples of healing prayers.   Feel free to create your own,
depending on your situation, needs.

When you pray, mean it.   It also helps to be as centered as possible before
praying - closing your eyes and taking a few deep breaths might help.
Ignore all thoughts that come to you while praying.   There might be negative
energies that don't want you to pray, because that spells their end.
Before you say the healing prayer, you may find it helpful to pray for
protection - for example:
" Thank You, Divine Loves, for your protection so I pray in peace and my
prayer is truly helpful.   Thank You, I love You. "

Walk your talk.   For example, when you renounce smoking, then drop
smoking completely.   You'd be sending a negative message to your Self and
Divine Loves if you continued smoking - even one cigarette.
An example of a prayer renouncing smoking would be:
" I am very grateful for all heavenly help, support, guidance and protection.
I am Love, I am Light, and I choose to stop, I am stopping smoking right now.
I choose to delete, I am deleting, all negative vibrations and programming
supporting smoking in all ways from my Being, my consciousness, my whole
universe, and all levels of existence, from the concept time till now into
the future and beyond, right now.   I am replacing all the deleted stuff with
Divine Love energy flow, bringing Mother Love's Light and Love into my
Being, my consciousness, and my whole universe, purifying all that of all
the deleted stuff so I am completely free of smoking and I am healthy and
congruent with Divine Loves, and the whole existence supports only that and
automatically deletes everything else unloving, right now. "
